In addition to sports and fitness nutrition, Clare is skilled in clinical dietitian practices, offering comprehensive guidance for managing conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), weight loss and disordered eating.
