Chris is a RMIT graduate who values working within a multidisciplinary team to help optimise his patient’s care and meet their health needs.
Chris has undertaken extensive extra training in Fascial Counterstrain (FCS) which is a technique that works with all of the various body systems to release trapped inflammation and protective mechanisms causing pain. It is a gentle technique that is painless and can help uncover the root cause of a complaint, and thus can be helpful in identifying a wider array of preventative management strategies. Chris enjoys working with chronic and complicated conditions that are a mystery to others! Eg. Post viral symptoms, reflux or frozen shoulder to name a few….
Before commencing his studies in Osteopathy, Chris completed a diploma of remedial massage working on friends and family over the years helping them recover from various injuries.
When Chris isn’t in the clinic treating patients he enjoys being in the garden looking after his ever growing collection of plants, finding new food places to try, hanging out with his friend’s and family, or following his second passion, drawing (see above demo!)
